One thing that always ruins my day is a friend, family member or just a stranger having a terrible day and bringing down everyone with them. I always try to help first, but if they just want to bring me down to their level then I try to leave them alone. It might be hard, but try not to associate with negative people, all they do is bring you down. It's important to keep a great attitude and keep striving to be the best at all times. It only takes a second to ruin your entire day, and if you have an important meeting or assignment it can be harmed by this negativity. Always stay positive and make sure not to let others affect you in a negative way. Great looking Audi rs5
